WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?
Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. Social Media / Active Sourcing)
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing etc.) as well as via phone
Perform screening of potential candidates via phone
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and network with talent pools and convert candidate leads into applicants
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1 Level), knowledge of other European languages would be a strong asset
Hands-on experience with state of the art sourcing techniques and tools. Affinity for new IT solutions
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates, and to promote our employer brand online and offline
Hunter DNA Creativity Out-of-the-box Thinking Embracing Change
Notions of General Human Resources and Labour Law are an asset
