Processing supplier invoices
Processing leasing contracts in leasing application ( GPO system)
Preparing necessary documentation for leasing contracts
Booking leasing contracts
Perform financial and non-financial adjustments in leasing contracts
Perform contract changes as requested by different parties in HPFS (HP Financial Services) organization
Support Customer Support Specialist in customer service
Prepare manual invoices and monitor invoicing process
Verify data regarding leasing contracts
Deliver reconciliation of customer accounts upon request from Customer Support Specialist
Perform system updates
Education and Experience Required :
Bachelor / master degree (in finance preferred)
0-1 year experience in relevant technologies and customer environments
Relevant industry qualification where applicable.
Knowledge and Skills :
communicative English required
2nd European Language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) would be an asset
good time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
good communication skills
finance, accounting knowledge would be an asset
