Key position summary :

  • Sponsor digital transformation within Poland, leverage digital expertise in local digital activations;
  • Drive the acceleration of digital and social media as a fundamental capability to create consumer engagement, through working jointly with the Beverages brand teams (e.
  • g. regional / global programs, local ad-hoc programs within the digital space);
  • Effectively utilize Digital Centre of Excellence & Category digital assets and external agencies and partnerships;
  • Deliver Digital Capability agenda according to the BU / Digital Centre of Excellence (CoE) vision;
  • Key position accountabilities :

  • Develop digital marketing strategy localization for Poland Beverages;
  • Identify resources, competitive environment, possible partners and suggest on the activation plans and KPIs to ensure our brands are leaders of digital engagement;
  • Orchestrate local digital media planning, buying and digital content launches for Poland;
  • Deliver clear reviews of activity performance vs. plan and define future recommendations;
  • Drive the briefing and development process for digital & social platforms;
  • Manage relevant digital media partner relationships (i.e. Facebook, Google, media agency);
  • Stay current on the strategic digital landscape (consumers, competitors, technologies, etc.) and
  • share this information with key stakeholders;
  • Create a digital roadmap for Poland;
  • Lead Test & Learn category priorities to drive future growth aligned with Digital Centre of Excellence framework for digital marketing / e-commerce and BU needs;
  • Partner with analytics team & CoE to develop a common measurement approach (scorecards, ROI & equity measurement tools, KPIs and benchmarks);
  • Champion best practice approach to manage owned channels within BU;
  • Support the Digital Capability agenda with the CoE and Marketing Capability team;
  • Qualifications / Requirements

    Key skills / experience :

  • 7+ years of relevant digital / brand marketing experience CPG industry beneficial ;
  • Digital Marketing expert who is constantly updated on new trends and social media with excellent understanding of consumer insights;
  • Strategist - creative, autonomous, results-oriented, with high capacity leadership to influence others, ensure teamwork, and build strong relationships;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills;
  • Cross-cultural abilities;
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills;
  • Inspiring, Innovative and entrepreneurial - keen interest in brand engagement platforms, digital business models and new technology advances;
  • Collaborative and honest;
  • Good leadership skills;
  • Fluency in English;
