We are looking for :
The global tower Global Tooling Services (GTS) develops, deploys new deals and operates a number of ITIL standard service management solutions within ATOS Infrastructure and Data Management.
GTS Tower is now looking for experienced in 4me ITSM tool support which is used to support ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management and many more.
Y ou will be responsible for :
Analyzing functional requirements to set up ITIL processes
Building and presenting designed ITIL processes
Providing functional support L1-L3 to 4me users and routing complex issues to L4 (vendor)
Maintenance and keeping up-to-date documentation
Taking part in the testing activities which follow new release deployment
Interacting with customer, vendor and business people.
Our requirements : Mandatory skills :
Mandatory skills :
Experience in provisioning support L1-L3 ( experience in 4me and / or Remedy and / or Peregrine and / or ServiceNow)
Practical knowledge of Web Services based on REST API
Knowledge of Webhooks API
Good understanding of ITIL and Software Development Lifecycle
Working in a fast-paced environment within international teams
Good team working / social skills
Methodical and focused approach to work
Good analytical skills
Nice to have skills :
Experience in ServiceNow platform
Experience in ITSM tool configuration e.g. support groups, SLAs, CMDB
Experience in working with customers
Understanding of relational databases, Single Sign On, Active Directory
Fluency in spoken and written English (B2+)
German will be a plus
