Work location : Wrocław Goal of the position : Attract and recruit top talent that will ensure the organizations success in the coming years using innovative sourcing channels and branding 3M as an employer of choice.
Reliable business partner to Hiring Managers and HR partners to advice, support and execute talent recruiting needs in respective organizations.
Key responsibilities : Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert advice on recruiting best practice and advice on strategies to source and recruit best talent on respective market Source candidates, effectively utilizing internal / external advertising on career sites and all the relevant tools and sources including but not limited to social media platforms, job boards, networking, employee referral Partner with other TA team members & Communications teams to identify a pool of candidate on social media and industrial events Own, execute and manage effective interview and selection processes using 3M relevant methodologies Proactively engage with our internal clients to better understand their business value proposition, culture, offer, and business challenges Use personal credibility and knowledge to build the profile and reputation of the function with business and HR stakeholders Work closely with local HR partners and Hiring Managers during all the stages of the recruiting process defined in 3M regulations, recruiting RACI, legal requirements and focused on filling requested position with qualified candidate and with optimal lead time and providing the updates helping to understand the status as well as candidates availability on the market.
Be part of local, regional and global project targeting to enhance talent acquisition, employer branding and onboarding tools and processes Be part of projects on local / regional / global Ensure proper vendors are in place and partner with vendors to ensure SLAs are met Deliver against recruiting targets whilst ensuring great candidate experience and Hiring Manager satisfaction throughout end to end process Deliver against personal KPIs and contribute to overall ROI and satisfactions metrics (including but not limited to : # recruiting completed, recruiting process lead time, quality of hires, cost per hire) Be partner to external vendors & partners in the area of recruiting, employer branding, university relationship Be partner & advisor to regional organization in the area of labor market expertise, talent sources& processes, employer branding, candidates relations, university relations, recruitment practices and processes etc.
Maintain engaging relationship with offered candidates as part of the onboarding process and be advisor to hiring managers to initiate quality onboarding process Execute recruiting process according to global and regional standards (both from system perspective as RACI perspective) and provide reporting on agreed metrics.
Education and experience : University degree Experience in acquiring talent and working with people leaders in the area of human resources min.
