The project manager is responsible for delivering the projects. The individual leads and manages the project team, with authority and responsibility from the project board.

The project manager is interfacing between the project and the business area and playing important role for communicating and encouraging the need for transformation within the business area in tandem with the delivery of new capabilities from the project.

Responsibilities Plan and implement projects Help define project scope, goals and deliverables Define tasks and required resources Collect and manage project team Manage budget Allocate project resources Create schedule and project timeline Track deliverables Support and direct team Lead quality assurance Monitor and report on project progress Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs Evaluate and assess result of project Relevant knowledge, skills and competencies Education : Necessary : MA, BA Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent Knowledge of techniques and tools Experience : Experience as a project manager, 2 years Experience in strategic planning, risk management and / or change management Language skills : English proficiency Other requirements : Excellent Excel skills Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills Goal oriented, outcome focus and deadline driven Excellent time organization Analytical thinking skills
