Workforce Analytics and Talent Intelligence Team is expanding its services to help other Mercer offices in leading Career consulting projects and supporting their clients.
The Team makes the best use of available rewards data in order to advice clients with the implementation or improvement of their HR policies in areas of compensation, benefits and total rewards.
The team supports clients in strategic workforce planning, setting career frameworks and pay equity analyses. To be successful in this role you’ll need to be passionate about clients and solving their problems, have previous similar working experience and feel comfortable with numbers and working in an international team What is in it for you?

clients pay systems analysis, benefits reports, etc. Participate in rewards and benefits projects ranging from compensation and benefits analysis, job evaluation to pay grading systems recommendations Assist senior team with salary benchmarking / market insight Ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction Participate occasionally in the meetings with clients What you need to have : Higher education to degree level or equivalent 1-2 years of professional experience in HR or consulting environment Very good command of English.
One of the following languages is a strong advantage : French or German or Spanish or Italian An advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact across all levels of the organisation, are essential for this role The ability to manage heavy workloads to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritising effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work is essential for this role What makes you stand out : Knowledge of any additional European language Previous experience in the rewards / consulting area If you would like to apply for this position, please send in your application in English.
