Your Impact :
Project Manager will be responsible for projects across HR department. You will join a dedicated team that helps shape and implements strategic changes to Jacob's systems and processes supporting HR functions.
This role is highly involved to cooperation with stakeholders on every level. Project manager needs to understand the holistic business outcome to establish, organize and support sub-projects within their specified domain.
The effective candidate should aim to facilitate the company transformation by supporting the process teams in the implementation of various changes, tools, and systems.
Scope of duties :
Lead and care for the scope, schedule, cost, and quality of projects in alignment with the business goals.
Ensure requests, projects follow established governance policies and processes.
Shape and develop relations with key project stakeholders.
Plan, mobilize and deliver workstreams to ensure effective, high-quality results and delivery within the defined scope.
Provide support and advice to operations stakeholders and project teams on PM resources and methods.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, key stakeholders as needed on status, risks and accomplishments to ensure alignment with the overall program & project goals.
Perform project reporting including regular stakeholder status reports and overall performance of the project and completion documentation.
Here's What You'll Need :
Deep experience in managing projects self-guided.
Good to have experience in PM role for systems implementations / enhancements and customer support projects.
Demonstrated path of career in SSC / BPO / GBS environment.
Experience in merge / acquisition-related projects will be an asset.
Practical skills in cooperation with cross-cultural and global teams.
Fluency in English.
Self-driven approach with the ability to work under pressure.
Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince 2,) and experience in projects transition are an advantage.
