Currently we are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

As part of Philips you will be challenged to deliver administrative support to hire the best Talents for Philips. Cooperating with international Talent Acquisition Teams you will be responsible for organization of interviews as well as continuous elaboration with business.

Your responsibilities

  • Full organization of job interviews between candidates and business members of Royal Philips
  • Scheduling business interviews directly in the Outlook and confirming the dates with candidates.
  • Book and arrange all facilities required for Face-to-Face or Skype interviews.
  • Continuous elaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Administrative support to Talent Acquisitions Team.
  • Handling Purchase Order (PO) requests for Talent Acquisition purposes.
  • Handling online assessments tests on request of Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Deliver administrative support in organizing recruitment events.
  • Your profile

  • Graduate with Bachelor or equivalent degree.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Professional experience in HR or customer service related area.
  • Proactive, client orientated and accurate problem solving attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
