Talent Development Program in Sales
About Talent Development Program
12-month, full time, paid managerial traineeship in one of our departments : Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, E-commerce or Finance
Additional 6 month experience in the field commercial team after which our trainees continue their careers as junior managers in respective departments
Real job experience and opportunities to lead independent and ambitious projects
Contract of employment and employee benefit package (life insurance, private medical care, funding in the cafeteria, and others)
Successful candidates must have a valid driver's license
All trainees are assigned to a work at the L’Oréal’s headquarter in Warsaw
Taking part in establishing and maintaining relationships with some of our major accounts (ex. Hypermarkets, drugstores, discounters)
Analyzing profitability and growth within cooperation with a particular client, monitoring performance against the business plan
Monitoring sales, forecasting promotions and launches
Analyzing key competitors
Developing merchandising strategy
Preparing promotion offers and recommendations
Improving the execution of promo actions and point-of-sales materials
Close cooperation with marketing department to achieve sales targets
Cooperation with sales, logistics, business development departments
Students or fresh graduates in any disciplines from various universities
Strong analytical skills, business sensitivity and the ability to manage complexity
Business oriented (experience gained through internships, studying abroad, activity in student organizations)
Self-motivated, creative and entrepreneurial
Fluent in both : Polish and English
Driver’s license and mobility across Poland for the 6 month field experience
