Take it seriously. Make it fun. Know it matters. MAXIMIZE your opportunity As a fast growing Centre of Excellence (CoE) we are looking for a Strategic Projects Analyst to support our Insurance Platform Office Delegated Authorities and Lloyd’s Operations.
The Department is currently being restructured that you will have a chance to work in a fast-moving project environment that is setting up the BAU processes and structure.
You will be part of a team responsible for coordinating the Lloyd’s Direct Reporting, data quality enrichment across a variety of applications and systems in order to maintain the highest standards of data integrity and to meet internal and external reporting and regulatory requirements.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
Utilize agile methodologies to ensure deliver and flexibility in a fast-paced, global environment that may cross multiple business divisions
Coordinating remediation processes, providing regulatory returns in a timely manner, holding meetings with the senior stakeholders and ongoing support.
Providing meaningful statistics, MI and result analyses
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Maintaining all workflow groups (ex US), making amendments as necessary while maintaining spreadsheets detailing the current setup.
Liaise with the Business Group Operations Managers, Analysts and Executives from all offices to ensure groups are up to date
Championing systems and process improvements to enhance data quality
Mapping the processes of Lloyd’s Direct Reporting, Regulatory Reporting and Delegated Authorities Operations providing the process and / or project documentation You will report to Strategic Projects Assistant Manager.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills :
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must at least C1
Overall 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of project management methodology
Computer literate including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other commonly used software (SQL nice to have)
General understanding of the Insurance business preferred
Inquisitive mind with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, solution oriented
Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
Excellent people skills, communicative and open to new challenges and changes
Ability to craft a narrative from data and share and present those insights
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to varied stakeholders and team members
Comfortable with communicating / hosting calls with global stakeholders
Ability to deliver the work in a timely manner
