For our client from BPO / SSC industry we are currently looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Order coordination, working for a business client with Czech or Slovak language skills

Responsibilities on the position :

taking orders from business customers from Czech and Slovakia (mainly by phone).

operating other communicators : e-mail

entering data into system

updating data in business customer accounts

taking care of customer inventory

working in a specialized system, SAP

telephone / email contact with foreign business customers

coordinating the order process (from placing the order to its execution)

controlling delivery date

checking the correctness of sales documents and their correction

execution of business memos

Expectations for candidates :

industry experience, related to order processing - minimum one year of experience in a similar position

Knowledge of processes related to controlling the order chain

experience in working with SAP system

ability to conduct telephone conversations in Czech / Slovak (c1 level)

English language skills (level b2)

ability to set priorities

availability from mid-August
