For our Client, the fast-growing and innovative international biotech company, we are looking for motivated, engaged and ambitious Candidate for the position of FP&A Analyst / Controller.
We are looking for a FP&A Analyst / Controller to ensure accurate and relevant information on company’s profitability, solvency and development.
You will research, consolidate and analyze financial and business information to prepare monthly reporting, annual budget, forecast, multi-year business plan and yearly financial statements, to monitor company results and to help the Management make well informed decisions.
You will be dedicated to consolidation and analyzing financial data (actuals, budget, forecast), preparing comments on variances between actuals and budget (or forecast), including the contribution of the operational teams.
Your scope of duties will include also developing financial models, conducting benchmarking and various analyses. As a FP&A Analyst / Controller you will take an active part in developing controlling tools based on Excel.
You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and cooperate closely with Business Analyst. We would like you to be fully informed on finance topics and implement best practices.
To be successful in this role you will have to have ideally 3 years’ experience at similar position (preferably in international matrix organization), Master’s Degree in Finance, fluent English and Excel.
We also need you to be business minded and able to communicate with all levels of the organization. Knowledge of databases and financial software applications would be a plus.
