Project Coordinator Support Department

Your responsibilities

Checking the validity of certificates, booking training, travel and accommodation

Administrative tasks - working with internal and external documents : certificates, gap matrixes agreements, work permissions etc.

according to customer requirements and local legal requirements

Ensuring that travel and accommodation are within the allocated budget

Maintaining contact with external companies : training centers, car rental companies, medical centers etc.

Reporting to Team Leaders in Project Support Department and Project Teams

Our requirements

Available for 40 hours work week

Ability to work in rapidly changing environment

English at intermediate level (writing & speaking); Additional foreign language will be an advantage but not essential

Open and dedicated team player

Developed communication and analytical skills

Advanced troubleshooting and organizing skills
