Goal of the position : The enablement, testing and training of suppliers to use eCommerce solutions including Ariba Network, Catalogues, cXML, NGG EDI, SNC, Corcentric Proactive daily monitoring of eCommerce supplier performance (ASN, POA, PO, Invoice rate) and implementing proper actions, supporting and training (where required) eCommerce suppliers by e-mail, phone, webinar and working the eCommerce ITSM ticket queues Lead and prepare the eCommerce Productivity Strategy for one or more Regions or Categories, working with the Region / Category senior management team to achieve eCommerce targets Collaborating with Sourcing Regional Leads, Category Leads, PSOs, VCT, C-Supplier Coordinators, Plant Coordinators, Internal Stakeholders (e.
g. MTD and FTS) on the implementation and performance of supplier’s using eCommerce solutions Driving innovation and efficiencies in eCommerce processes and leading LSS GB projects Representing STP eCommerce on Regional and Area senior management business reviews Duties and responsibilities : The enablement, testing and training of suppliers to use eCommerce solutions including Ariba Network, Catalogues, cXML, NGG EDI, SNC, Corcentric Proactive daily monitoring of eCommerce supplier performance (ASN, POA, PO, Invoice rate) and implement proper actions, supporting and training (where required) eCommerce suppliers by e-mail, phone, webinar and working the eCommerce ITSM ticket queues Analyze and improve Invoice Throughput for eCommerce and Non eCommerce suppliers Be first point of contact / escalation for eCommerce suppliers Supporting Ariba ticket resolution raised by vendors and raising Ariba tickets on behalf of suppliers if necessary Close and daily cooperation with C-supplier Coordinators and VCT to support eCommerce strategy Recommend and be part of onboarding of new eCommerce suppliers Addressing recommended suppliers to respective responsible parties Driving eCommerce process improvement and global strategy (RTV process, full eCommerce) Awareness of government E- portals Work with management to plan, support and execute global eCommerce strategy Educating eCommerce team members and business stakeholders on the value and global eCommerce strategy, best practices and relevant touch points.
Understanding customer requirements and planning the implementation of appropriate e- commerce solution Communication across the organization on status of the E - initiatives and enablement’s Optimize KPIs / SLA for assigned functional area Maintaining a good relationship with customers through the efficient and comprehensive answering questions and proactively addressing issues.
Reporting changes and addressing potential improvements in processes to Manager / Department Manager and timely documentation update.
highlighting areas of improvement and possible standardization to Supervisor Achievement of all the established goals both individual as well as whole department ones according to the operational metrics.
Continuous improvement of the quality of performed duties in accordance with received trainings. Support for audits and compliance with the principles contained in the document SOX.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor. Demonstrate initiative and innovation in the workplace. Addressing innovative solutions that improve the efficiency / productivity of the team's work.

Education and experience : - Higher degree - Proven excellent process knowledge - Excellent communication skills and client oriented - Customer service orientated mind-set - Min 3 years’ experience of working in a Sourcing / Procurement environment Knowledge and skills : - Demonstrate Subject Mater Expertise (SME) and a long-standing track record of testing, enablement and training of suppliers to use one or more of the following eCommerce Solutions to exchange Purchase Order, Order Acknowledgements, Ship Notices, Invoices, Forecast and Inventory message types between a Buyer and Seller : EDI ANSI X12, EDIFACT 96A and cXML standards Ariba Network Standard & Enterprise accounts Ariba Network Catalogues (punchout / CIF) SNC Corcentric - SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Access - Excellent English language proficiency essential, other languages including German, French, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Turkish are desirable.
