Post incoming payments (domestic and foreign) and collect unpaid invoices with attention to details,
Monitor of customer’s orders, payment terms and risk factors for different entities,
Post all relevant accounting transactions of month end closing process,
Contact the customers regarding the settlement of overdue receivables,
Maintenance of the dunning system,
Creating aging lists and evaluations in the customer area,
Maintenance of Dispute management,
Reconciliate balance sheet accounts,
Daily contact with different business areas.
At least 1 year' experience on a similar position or in Customer Support area,
Very good knowledge of German,
Good knowledge of English,
Good analytical skills,
Quick perception and attention to details,
Focus on time frames,
Well-developed MS Office skills,
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
