Job Description

The Intelligent Cloud and Infrastructure team helps clients transform their IT infrastructure using comprehensive, intelligent infrastructure solutions including;

cloud, data centers, security solutions and service management. We support digital transformation of our clients' business by designing and implementing the most innovative flexible IT solutions including Cloud Native approach, Infrastructure as a code and Multicloud strategy.

What will you do?

You will become a member of an international team supporting large scale networks and DC infrastructures and deliver services to multiple clients with use of the equipment from such vendors as : Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto with constantly increasing importance of emerging technologies like SDN and Public Cloud solutions

Mostly you will :

Provide Level 2 / 3 operational support of networks and DC infrastructures including the following technologies :

Cisco Routing & Switching,

Network security : Firewalls, IPSec and SSL VPN solutions,

Load-balancers,

Public Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle Cloud),

Troubleshoot network failures, maintenance and deployment of devices according to predefined Accenture standards;

Define and maintain technology documentation;

Possibility of international projects participation.

Qualifications

What do we expect from you?

Very good working English (written and oral);

Have 2+ years of experience in maintenance of network solutions;

Hold at least Cisco CCNA certification OR equivalent network knowledge;

Knowledge of routing & switching and network security technologies based on key vendor solutions (Cisco, Juniper);

Knowledge of firewall solutions will be an advantage (Fortinet / Juniper / Palo Alto / Checkpoint);

Understanding of load balancing concepts and / or hands-on experience with Load Balancers will be an asset;

Willingness to learn Public Cloud, SDN, related technologies and automation solutions;

Knowledge and experience of ITIL based service processes (Incident / Problem / Change Management) nice to have.
