Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver Consumer Sales, penetration, desire growth (key mkt KPIs) in line with yearly targets
  • Drive LEGO market share growth in specific BU with understanding for the marketplace and competitive activities
  • Fine tune and prioritize product portfolio in line with REEMEA strategy
  • Build strong strategies as well as campaign plans per line incl. media brief guidelines and initiate campaign evaluation
  • Set consumer sales targets per line and follow-up on performance
  • Measure and evaluate media efficiencies (experience in cooperation with media agency)
  • Initiate consumer and market research and refining strategies based on findings
  • Full control on the budget and business review
  • Play your part in our team succeeding

    The Poland, Ukraine & Baltics (PUB) Marketing Team is a team spread across 3 locations (Warsaw, Kiev and Riga) where we are driving the growth agenda, starting with strategy and followed by execution within the PUB region.

    The overall marketing objective is to reach more and more children in this region.

    Our tool to do that is to increase the desire for LEGO® among kids as well as building "approval & excitement" for LEGO® amongst parents and shoppers.

    Do you have what it takes?

  • Professional Experience : At least 6 years of brand / product management experience at a manager level.
  • Experience from a traditional marketing function at local level within a branded goods company / working with strong brands.
  • Extensive knowledge of all aspects of marketing, esp. in digital marketing, marketing research, media, analytics, including methods to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Experience in working within international environment
