This position

We have an immediate vacancy for a full time Qualified Security Assessor reporting directly to the Managing Consultant. This position offers the right candidate the opportunity for career progression within a dynamic international growth focused company.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to perform project tasks with little or no supervision.
  • Lead teams on large scale projects.
  • Contribute a significant piece of a project deliverable.
  • Ability to create detailed, professional documentation to be delivered to the client.
  • Ability to create and recommend remediation for components of security policies. Provide specific recommendations for a client’s business or technical issues.
  • Example : lack of or enforcement of a password policy.)

  • Understanding of multiple standards and regulatory areas including, but not limited to PCI, ISO 27001 / 27002, GDPR
  • Understand the creation, management, and oversight of Information Security Programs, Business Continuity Planning, and Change Control functions for Information Services
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Technical Responsibilities and Skills

  • Technical and enterprise problem / resolution skills
  • 3+ years of information security experience preferably with prior management experience.
  • Mid to advanced level methods knowledge of one of the following :
  • Policy Development
  • Program Development (Risk Management, Incident Response, BCP, Training & Awareness)
  • Risk Assessment
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience;
