Provide administrative support to the HR team in people data management, reference letters, visa letters and immigration processes, exits and terminations, new hires employment contracts, onboarding and mobility support
Work closely with local HR, Recruiting, Professional Development, Learning and Payroll team
Administer HR-related processes, programs and databases
Creating and updating employers profiles in the personal system
Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or related field
1-2 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
Very good MS Excel skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
