We help clients growtheir business with sales at scale by optimizing account performance andgrowing their investment. As a Sales Manager, youare responsible for growing and developing Account Strategists.
You willeffectively motivate the team to deliver on business quotas while doing what isright for our clients. You will do this by coaching a high-performing team.
Youwill be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to further developnew and existing business. You will use your problem solving, businessand objection handling skills to get the job done in a fast-paced,high-performing environment.
Leading a team of Inside SalesRepresentatives to overachieve quarterly sales targets
Helping your team achieve growthwithin their assigned portfolio of clients by developing sales strategies andassessing the market potential
Developing your team’s sales skillsand product knowledge, coaching and mentoring
Participating in meetings withClient Stakeholders and business reviews
Coordinating additional trainingsand knowledge refreshers as per identified needs
Motivating team members andcreating unique sales culture
Strong oral and written Englishskills
Digital advertising industryknowledge, including Google AdWords
Good organizational andprioritization skills
Proven track record in deliveringagainst sales targets with commitment to exceed assigned KPIs
Excellent knowledge of the salesand call center environment
Ability to work under timepressure
Ability to adapt to change in afast-paced environment
Experience with leading teamsthrough change
Excellent presentation skills
Attention to detail
Ability to build relationshipsacross various personalities, cultures and departments
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalentcombination of education and experience.
Experience in BPO and Operations, preferablyin sales environment
Knowledge of English + anadditional language (Turkish / Arabic / European language) (minimum C1 - mandatory)
