We are currently looking for an Accountant with German for our Client, a Japanese company based on technical implementations.
Our Client is looking for an Accountant, who would support Finance Manager in a broad scope of accounting activities for 2 entities : Polish and German.
On this position you can expect broad scope of activities from coding of incoming invoices in an AP automation tool, uploading them to SAP and posting of outgoing invoices in SAP, through general ledger postings, postings of bank statements or reviewing / validating the travel expense reports in Concur.
You will be participating in monthly closing procedures, in preparation activities for monthly payroll and supporting the Finance Manager during the quarterly and yearly closing and audit.
Part of your responsibilities will be handling requests from the Finance Manager and HQ, submission of VAT forms, monthly reporting and project work in process automation
Our Client expects above all experience in accounting (2 years +), university degree in accounting or similar and experience with SAP.
Fluent English and at least communicative German is required, as well as strong communication skills and IT literacy. Good time management, independence at work and problem solving attitude will be a strong asset.
