Key responsibilities :
Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for engineering and non-engineering roles at Mobica, stepping into the role of Business Partner for the Hiring Management team.
Building long-term good relationships with candidates, making sure, that candidate experience is on a high level so our NPS is spot on.
Working with the relevant internal team or management on various HR project in order to deliver HR strategy. (Most likely you will be participating in Employer Branding Team, Engagement Team or People Analytics).
Implementation of other tasks assigned by the Management
If you :
Have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in an agency
Have excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of English
Are full of energy and enthusiasm
Have good knowledge of social networking websites and social media
