Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us in this role where you will act as a partner to our Corporate Functions People Business Partner Team.

You will lead the People Business Partners through all People processes like Talent Review, Promotions and Performance Management, analyze workforce data and come up with insights and first solutions on how we can improve.

You will create crisp presentations to summarize your analysis and proposals which will afterwards be shared with the People Business Partners or / and the senior management.

Depending on your project experience, you will as well assist in projects and other People related initiatives.

Your skills and experience

In this role, you will not only work with various People Business Partners but also partner with our global People Specialists, our Workforce Analytics, and the Strategy & Transformation teams.

This is an outstanding opportunity to hone presentation skills, develop and mature sound analytics capabilities and strategic People skills to deliver real value to our clients.

  • Ability to analyze and gain insight into human capital data to identify business improvement opportunities which are then shared with People Business Partners or Business Managers
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation, project management skills
  • Proven experience around a broad set of People practices and good knowledge of People processes is preferable
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage work, multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate with senior management
  • Personal integrity, resilience, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a well collaborating global team in an environment that demands excellence
  • Autonomous with a proven ability to problem solve before escalating for help
  • High flexibility and able to pivot priorities. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) as well as PeopleSoft and other HR technologies (preferable)
