Specialist Procurement is a new role in our Shared service organization who will be responsible for supporting the Procurement operation processes of assigned businesses in Europe.
How will you make a difference
Handling Process Purchase requisitions and approve orders for Materials and Services in related purchasing systems.
Checking purchase compliance and accuracy check, along with input data accuracy, payment terms and other supporting documents.
Liaise between the businesses and company stakeholders for required purchasing process and provide support with missing data.
Maintain log data and provide reporting support and data analysis as required by the business.

Skills for success
0-3 years of experience in customer related area is required (customer service, AP, O2C etc.)
Experience in Procurement / Sourcing / Order management is a plus
Good command in English plus one of the additional languages : German / Russian / French / Italian language skill is required
Problem solving attitude and business approach is a must
MS Office proficiency, ERP knowledge (SAP) would be an asset
Experience working within shared services teams preferred
