What you’ll do
We are currently seeking a Principal Business Solution Manager to develop and implement a pre-sales strategy of SAS solutions and services in the retail sector in Poland.
You will be responsible for :
Development and implementation of a presales strategy of SAS solutions and services in the retail sector in Poland
Planning and implementation of business initiatives that fit into the strategy
Creating and maintaining best sales support practices resulting in new business
Sales enablement - providing knowledge on the areas of SAS offering for the retail sector across the organization
Analysis and optimization of presales support effort / costs
Keeping abreast of the latest trends in the retail sector, IT market and SAS competitors
Building relationships with customers at management level and providing a constant high level of customer satisfaction
Creating a positive image of SAS inside and outside the organization, participation in conferences and other public events
Effective cooperation and building relationships with managers and employees of other departments in SAS, including sales and PSD, and within regional structures
Management of the subordinate team and support in achieving its goals
What we’re looking for
Thorough knowledge and interest in the retail sector (trends, innovations, challenges, economics, digitization, supply chain, customer) supported by established relationships with customer representatives working in managerial positions
Strategic thinker with an ability to communicate clearly and confidently - both orally and in written presentations, e-mail communication (MECE, Pyramid Principle, etc.)
Understanding of the possibilities of SAS or related technologies, their application in the retail sector and the impact on generating business value on customers side - the ability to manage a lean team of experts and its development (without micromanagement)
Personality of the leader, independence, decision making, goal-oriented attitude
Problem solving skills, multitasking, agile approach
Openness to development, offering and receiving feedback
Teamplayer, with ease of establishing relationships externally and internally in the organization
Ability to work in international structures
Project management skills supported by project examples are welcome
Proficiency in written & spoken English
