  • Manage all processes for HR administration such as : pre-employment checks, pre-started docs, contract creation and amendments, leaver processes, benefits scheme and general system updates
  • Create personnel files and initiate corporate induction activities
  • Initiate pre-employment checks
  • Manage all leave administration, update system
  • Co-ordinate staff recognition and benefits processes

  • Previous experience in HR Administration, preferably in the SSC / BPO or international organisation environment
  • Fluent English and communicative French is a must
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in working in HR systems such as SAP HCM will be asset
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate in international, matrix organisation and consumer-oriented attitude
  • Cultural agility to work with diverse teams and employee groups
  • Analytical capability to analyse, interpret survey and provide insight
  • Well organised, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
