Professional Development Swiss Universal Bank (SUB) / International Wealth Management (IWM) is the department in Credit Suisse that is responsible for all learning & development activities for the two Divisions SUB and IWM.
Our department runs a suite of various L&D solutions on an ongoing basis and is responsible to design and deliver trainings in alignment with the Bank’s overall strategy and the Divisions’ / Business Areas' L&D priorities.
A challenging role as team leader, managing the Learning & Development Program Execution team, based in Wroclaw, Poland.
You will have a chance to lead a team of 3 learning experts including onboarding, objective setting, development, monitoring and leading the Human Capital Management functions.
You will have a chance together with your team a number of Learning & Development programs from initiation to timely delivery in a diverse and dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for preparing professional management reporting on Divisional as well as Business Area level.
You will partner with internal clients and partners across the firm, particularly Learning & Development colleagues in Zurich, with Business Stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and Recruitment & Development colleagues across the globe.
You will work in an encouraging and collaborative team working environment.

You hold a university degree or equivalent.
You have at least 3-5 years working experience, preferably in HR / Learning & Development field.
You show good analytical skills and a flair for figures.
You present extraordinary organizational, time and project management skills.
You demonstrate a hands-on mentality and ability to work independently and systematically, committed to delivering.
You are a team-player, committed to service delivery excellence and always having the bank and clients' best interests in mind.
You are proficient in using MS Office software, strong Excel and Power Point skills are required.
You are comfortable with your fluency (oral and written) in German and English.
Experience as a team leader is an additional asset.
