You manage all stages of the talent acquisition process with both candidates and clients and, provide an excellent service.
With your technical expertise, you manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables. You will source, headhunt and match candidates to your clients’ vacancies.
Using sales, marketing techniques, networking and business development methods you will attract business from client companies.
Advise clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, career opportunities and talent acquisition strategies.
You are capable of building long-term relationships with both candidates as clients.
Manage end to end recruitment life-cycle for internal and external candidates
Manage talent acquisition projects together with the client
Create and advise on talent acquisition strategies
Source, connect with, attract candidates
Provide candidate screening support via telephone interviews and face to face interviews
Update job boards, post vacancies online via in-house recruitment system
Screen and shortlist CV’s for all vacancies
Identify proactive methods of recruitment and continuously look for new ways to improve sourcing methods
Provide support to managers on creating job descriptions, application tests, interview processes
Manage recruitment administration including the applicant tracking system, interview scheduling, candidate feedback, psychometric tests and reference checking
Grow, develop and attract business from client companies
Strong experience in IT recruitment, either in-house, RPO or agency
Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean, X-ray
Relevant experience in creating talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated ability to influence clients and candidates
Willpower, drive and desire to be successful
Strong communication skills
Excellent language skills in both Polish and English
Eligible to live and work in the European Union
Interview process :
Screening : we'll match your CV and experience with our expectations and the qualifications we require.
First Interview : This will be a video call or meeting onsite in our office. You will meet two people from our team at a similar level.
The interview will be competency-based, and you will have the opportunity for your questions to be answered.
Second Interview : The final interview will be held onsite and led by a senior member of our team, together with one of your peers.
This interview will be mainly focusing on motivation and business acumen.
