As a Senior Fintech Recruiter you will :

  • Carry out end-to-end recruitment (from role clarification with HM, through direct search, job advertising, CV screenings, interviews to job offer)
  • Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through direct search, cold calling, networking, market and industry research

    Develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies

    Take active part in on-boarding process for new hires

    Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department and ensuring follow up actions to continuously improve recruiting process

    Support employer branding events and the development of other HR process

    You're the right person for this position if you have :

    Proven experience in recruitment, selection and retention of talent in financial environment

    Strong knowledge and interest within financial and fintech sector

    Successful track record of carrying out high volume recruitment for financially focused companies, fintechs or recruitment agencies

    Customer orientation and outstanding communication skills

    Self-reliant, flexible and positive attitude as well as willingness to adapt to rapid changes

    Strong working knowledge of GSuite tools

    Fluent Polish and English skills, French would be a plus!
