Requirements :

  • Knowledge of FI / MS / Terminals products, market, competition, customers etc
  • Results oriented / proven track records in automation market
  • Overview of Gas market in assigned countries.
  • Responsibility :

  • Enlarge the base of new System integrators (SIs), according with Honeywell’s criteria and for long term partnership and results.
  • Make the Account plans and Territory plan a reality. Specifically : Revenue (AOP target), Opportunities identification, opportunities conversion,
  • Prepare and execute annual sales plans, customer account plans, channel partners quarterly business reviews and forecasts completed in an effective and timely manner under the mentorship of the Sales Manager
  • Handle relationships with key product, commercial and business managers within the regional customers’ businesses
  • Liaise with the customers’ product management functions to support and develop customers’ product range
  • Connect with the customers’ sales and marketing functions to identify future product needs and current market needs
  • Develop new product proposals based upon the Voice of the Customer
  • Develop commercial agreements and handle annual contract negotiations with the customer
  • Develop and maintain a market awareness of key customer markets
  • Provide commercial support to assist in the customer’s market competitiveness
  • Work with the customer to develop regular forecasts for production planning
  • Provide ongoing support to the customer’s needs
  • Provide regular reports on customer performance and activity
  • Contribute to the development of the regional Sales Team

  • Minimum an Engineering degree in Technical field of expertise
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience within Process automation / Field integration
  • Knowledge of FI / MS / Terminals products, market, competition, customers etc
  • Experience in doing business with end users & contractors for Terminal market
  • Motivated, self-organized individual who likes to serve customers and who is passionate about sales
  • Capable of quickly translating business requirements into actions by defining "who does what by when" to ensure plans are executed
  • Excellent written skills and presentation skills with proficiency in English Language

  • Significant experience in a Sales / Account Management related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
