The Sr Territory Manager is responsible for pre-sales & sales support of existing customers, looking for new potential customers and focus on further growth for the company’s core Fire Systems and Public Access PAVA System within the allocated region - North Poland (Warminsko-mazurskie, Kujawsko-pomorskie, Pomorskie, Zachodnio-pomorskie).
This role would have a home office arrangement.
They will help to define, develop and introduce new and existing products into the region to drive profitable growth. The solution oriented customer consulting and advising with professional competence is one of the most important keys for success.
The Territory Manager reports directly to the Country Manager of Poland.
Growth and Customer Focus - Regional responsibility in caring advising clients and partners, including Key Account Management and relationship management to existing customers.
Present and introduce the HFS System portfolio, including NPIs and their benefit to customers. Conduct price negotiations with customers within the given discount limits as to maximize profitability whilst maintaining market price parity on like for like items.
Conduct periodic business reviews with all customers in the region to look at performance versus AOP and previous year. Take actions to stem poor performance and / or maximize on new opportunities.
Discuss and work on a concept with prospective customers to start business with HFS.
Strategic Business Development - In conjunction with the Country Manager prepare a business plan for the region and agree annual sales plans with all customers that reflect the maximum growth opportunity for the forthcoming period along with the requisite actions required to execute this successfully.
Composition of tenders, preparation and presentation of offers. Market and competition survey. Visit frequently and support Designers, General Constructors and End Customers with presentations, showing the benefit of using HFS products.
Responsibility for the various MarCom and Marketing activities in the sales region in accordance with the MarCom communication plan.
Reporting - Frequently follow up of the quotations and maintain the opportunities / contacts in the SFDC system. Maintenance of the sales forecast in the SFDC system to support the SIOP Demand review.
Frequent visit reports, travel schedules and monthly reports to the Country Manager.
