The Technical Support Analyst is an extension of the software engineering team and provides technical support for the products and services we create.
This role requires you to build intimate knowledge of our application functionality, architecture, code base and hosting infrastructure.
You will be responding to tickets that are submitted by our customer service team related to our external client needs. Your goal is twofold : To resolve our customers' critical issues hampering usage of our systems while also working with the software engineering teams to improve our software for the future
