Key Account Manager OEM, location : Warsaw, Poland

What you’ll do

  • You’ll develop, maintain and improve relations with large end-user key accounts by maximizing sales opportunities through innovative lighting solutions
  • You’ll demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities
  • You’ll drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customers challenges and taking on a solution-based approach
  • You’ll create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety and sustainability
  • You’ll ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • What you’ll need

  • You’ve a Master’s and / or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or related discipline
  • You’ve gained 5+ years of experience in a key account management role selling technical products / solutions dedicated for large industrial or OEM end-users in Poland (as a must)
  • You’ve gained 3+ years proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as understanding complex sales cycles at strategic level
  • You demonstrate very good technical understanding of connected systems and a result-driven and proactive approach
  • You demonstrate fluent Polish and English language skills (verbal and written)
