Key Account Manager OEM, location : Warsaw, Poland

What you’ll do

You’ll develop, maintain and improve relations with large end-user key accounts by maximizing sales opportunities through innovative lighting solutions

You’ll demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities

You’ll drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customers challenges and taking on a solution-based approach

You’ll create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety and sustainability

You’ll ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll need

You’ve a Master’s and / or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or related discipline

You’ve gained 5+ years of experience in a key account management role selling technical products / solutions dedicated for large industrial or OEM end-users in Poland (as a must)

You’ve gained 3+ years proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as understanding complex sales cycles at strategic level

You demonstrate very good technical understanding of connected systems and a result-driven and proactive approach

You demonstrate fluent Polish and English language skills (verbal and written)
