Our customer is a dynamic supplier of innovative high-quality health products and supplements. It is a multi-level marketing company that sells its products to consumers via a chain of distributors through a web portal and in stores.
Some of the issues arising : stores are not adapted for self-service, shopping in the store takes extra time, thus order pickup process is not transparent to customers.
The client decided to collaborate with SoftServe in order to develop the application, to make users able to speed up shopping process in stores as well as Pickup Center app, Order Status Board, and In-Store Pickup Screen to accelerate orders pickup process in pickup centers.
The core target market is South Korea. By undertaking the project, the company puts great emphasis on increased customer satisfaction.
