Currently 3M Service Center EMEA is looking for the candidates interested in the position : Job title : CO Specialist - Reporting&Analytics Workplace : Wrocław, Śrubowa str.
Department : Customer Operations Goal of the position : Reporting & Analitics (R&A) Specialist collects and analyses data from multiple sources in order to provide comprehensive data for Customer Operation organization to support decision makers to examine current trends, marketing and sales conditions.
Person on this positions can develop automation solution for simple repetitive processes across organization. R&A specialist prepares reports describing the potential sales of products and services.
Sapphire, BOXI) in proactive way (upon agreed SLA’s) or reactive way (ad-hoc requests via agreed ticketing tool : SFDC, JIRA) Designing report templates and contents together with GSC, area, business stakeholders Providing support to regional, area roles for analyzing the reports Being gate keeper for creating new reports and be responsible for existing report inventory Being responsible from filling area / business / GSC CO dashboards, scorecards Being responsible from improving the productivity of R&A process via elimination of redundancy, optimizing frequency or consolidation of reports.
Proactively organizes training with end users to train on new and current functionalities Coordinates issue resolution in case of break fixes Proposes new automation solutions and reports / dashboards Must be able to travel internationally if needed Active and proactive participation in trainings and self-training from new technologies and functionalities in used tools Ensures adherence to 3M policies, guidelines, and procedures as required for the effectiveness and quality of the services provided.
Continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project coordination. Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives.
Other tasks assigned by supervisor Requirements : Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university Minimum 3-4 years of customer service, finance or supply chain experience Minimum 2 year of Business Intelligence Tool Suite, Power BI (e.
g.
