Therefore, your main responsibilities will be :

  • Deliver and manage overall projects or their parts accordingly to time, cost and expected quality, specifically :
  • Use your knowledge and expertise to develop high quality project deliverables

    Organise and participate in workshops

    Key client interface

    Provide feedback and secure feedback is provided

    Monitor and report project progress

    Monitor risks and prepare mitigation plans

    Participate in workshops and meetings

    Constantly work on strengthening your professional knowledge and expertise

    Use your knowledge and experience to support development of Capgemini’s offering

  • If required, manage project financials, define and maintain project plan, supervise resource allocation, monitor and report project progress, assess and mitigate risks
  • Participate in end-to-end sales process, specifically proposal development process (from client request through to final issue and potentially subsequent project delivery)
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Use your knowledge and expertise to actively support development of Capgemini’s offering and products (e.g. DGEM, ESOAR)
  • Act as a coach, guide and advise individuals to enhance or support personal and professional growth and learning
  • Develop transformation agenda for existing and new clients
  • Required competences :

  • Experienced in sales and client delivery in Strategy and Transformation programs
  • Experience in enterprise change management across complex programs
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to adapt, with willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems
  • Ability to apply logic to solve business problems through a detailed analytical approach
  • Initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, strengthening relationships to achieve win-win solutions
  • A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
  • Ability to translate requirements into a business case
  • Ability to understand clients’ needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions
  • Ability to travel (around 30% of the time) international and domestic
  • Required knowledge :

  • Experience and skills in consulting projects will be an advantage
  • Experience in Project Management (project management certification will be an asset) and proven track of projects delivery
  • Tools : master of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Project Management Tools (e.g. : MS Projects), Business Process Modelling tools (Aris, MS Visio)
  • Ability and comfort interacting with management on Client’s side
  • Excellent ability to establish and maintain world class working relationships with all peers and stakeholders
  • Service Delivery Models (SSC, BPO, hybrid, BOT etc)
  • GBS trends and concepts, potential locations landscape in CEE and location study methodology and tools ; typical GBS related risks and mitigation plans
  • Migration as a Service (Lift & Shift, Transform & Shift)
  • General process knowledge of AP, AR, GL, MDM (HR, IT, Procurement will be advantage)
  • Fluent English and French or German would be an asset

    end GBS journey. Starting from shaping out the sourcing strategy and future business operations, through GBS design and large-

    scale transformations, ending up with implementation of the chosen Target Operating Model, you will help us in strengthening our strong market position.
