HRConnect Specialist Operations
HRConnect Specialist Operations is responsible for processing and updating Workday transactions for EMEA countries. Supporting HR area activities such as contract creation, reporting, organizational structure and employee life cycle changes, reviewing and verifying records in all HR tools.
Enforcing key HR and payroll deadlines, as well as answering BHR / manager queries.
Key responsibilities :
Partnering with internal stakeholders HR / Talent Acquisition / Total Rewards to process HCM cases and resolve transactions that are in error.
Review pre-hire records (e.g. master data quality and confirm HR data completeness for hiring.
Resolving employees’ record errors (job codes and titles, cost centers and other assignment details)
Assist in resolving Workday / Payroll system interface errors.
Deliver on commitments, manage expectations & keep internal customers informed on progress taking clear accountability and ownership throughout the HR process
Support Year-End HR activities (e.g. review and update HR documentation, holiday calendar)
Respond to internal AbbVie stakeholders (BHR / Talent Acquisition / Total Rewards) regarding questions or issues they have raised around Workday processing data and / or HR reporting.
Consistently follow defined HR processes, challenging steps that may not make sense / add value
Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with defined HR processes, relevant Abbvie policy requirements
Support role for global, regional and country specific projects.
Bachelor of Science with a concentration in HR area
Strong written and oral communication skills, in English (min. C1 level required)
Fluent French (min. C1 level required)
Very good knowledge of French or Italian or Spanish required
Very good knowledge of Workday and experience in HCM processes
