Compensation & Benefits :
Negotiable compensation up to 100 PLN (up to 27 USD) net an hour on a VAT invoice (B2B / Contract)
B2B / Contract for 40-80 hours a month
What You'll be doing :
Build policies and scripts to support 100 company-owned devices in Desktop Central
Fixing vulnerabilities in desktop machines
Help remotely users with desktop issues
Develop tooling and processes to facilitate end-user asset management, provisioning and tracking
Oversee and provide operations support including account management, workflow, log analysis, troubleshooting and service optimization
Spearhead automation efforts with a variety of custom API integrations
Participate in general IT operations and user support
We don't expect someone to tick every box. We are willing to train the right person who wants to learn.
Min 2 years of production experience with support for a desktop workstation (Mac & Windows)
Hands-on experience supporting Windows and Mac via SCM / MDM
Developing automation workflows and integrations for repetitive or manual tasks
Knowledge of scripting languages (example Python, PowerShell)
Experience working in a cloud-native environment
