  • Maintenance of SAP Organizational Management module.
  • Creating organizational units and positions in SAP HR System.
  • Processing mass actions and complex reorganizations.
  • Managing Personnel Administration in SAP HR and related systems.
  • 1st line support to Managers and HR with Manager Self Service module.
  • Creating and updating the documentation for assigned processes according to existing rules.
  • Active back up of Team members from assigned areas.
  • Initiate and implement process changes and automations across HR processes.
  • Position Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Proven record of min. 1 year of job experience in relevant field.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR (PA, OM, Reporting modules).
  • Strong MS Excel knowledge.
  • Personal Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly via different channels.
  • Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles.
  • Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills.
