About This Role
Manager People Services is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the Regional Tier 2 HR Operations team, ensuring efficient services that meet the expectations and needs of its customers and clients.
Manager People Services manages a team that provides centralized operational support to Biogen employees, candidates, and alumni in the Region (ECP).
The service includes support in the employee life cycle process and payroll administration. He / She ensures all necessary country regulations and controls (incl.
SOX) are applied in team’s operations.
Time to Resolve, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT); Case Volume). This role provides support on escalated matters and serves as a subject matter expert for center owned services (tier 3), providing consultation where necessary.
Manager People Services liaises with Sr Manager People Services, Project Management Team, other functional teams and vendors to ensures HR Operations and payroll (where applicable) is implemented in the new affiliates in line with applicable legislation, country specifics and compliance controls.
