Purpose of the job :

The primary focus of this role is to drive and execute E2E warehousing strategy for Europe, to deliver excellence in customer service, carbon and costs optimization throughout E2E warehousing operations.

The role will also be responsible for developing capabilities and initiatives to support Logistics performance over a multi-year horizon, and be responsible for Warehousing processes, projects and enablers.

Main responsibilities :

Driving Warehousing Operational Performance Improvement Agenda ,

Monitoring of cost and performance KPIs,

Identifying ZBB savings and optimization opportunities,

Creating Improvement Action Plans with MCOs,

Driving Collaboration with Categories on operational performance,

Check of regular warehousing capacities,

Establishing and running regular performance meetings with MCOs,

Establishing regular performance KPIs sharing,

Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements,

Support BP creation for warehouses,

Waste (obsoletes, residuals, etc.) management,

Work closely with Procurement Team,

Team Management to define organizational structure, set objectives, and manage workloads,

Team Leadership & Mentoring to develop, coach, mentor and leverage skills,

Strategy & Improvements to lead and drive Global Warehousing initiatives to ensure effective deployment in local markets.
