Corporate Secretarial, or International Entity Management, are core services provided by TMF Group. The team with Service Delivery Coordination dedicated to Corporate Secretarial services coordinates local statutory compliance services for multinational corporations and contributes to creating efficiencies and transparency when dealing with multi-jurisdictional corporate governance changes, company name and director changes, provision of registered offices, incorporations or liquidations of companies, and we do so across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities :
Working closely with the TMF local offices network and third party business partners to coordinate delivery of outsourced Corporate Secretarial services for client entities around the World in line with local statutory and regulatory requirements or compliance, also in according to master and local service agreements;
Acting as the first and main point of contact for clients on their on-going corporate secretarial, governance matters and ad hoc projects covering multiple jurisdictions;
Updating / maintaining reporting tools and databases, e.g. corporate secretarial statutory deadlines calendar, task progress reports, entities / subsidiaries / branch offices databases, entity health checks;
Efficient issue identification and escalation according to internal procedures;
Focus on process development with strong focus on possible improvements.
Fluency in written and spoken English;
At least one year of experience in one or more of the areas : coordination, in-house legal, corporate governance, corporate secretarial or compliance departments, service delivery operations or equivalent activity proving experience required for the position;
University degree; preferred : Law, Administration, Management or equivalent experience;
Proficient with MS Office : especially MS Excel and MS Outlook;
Very good analytical skills and attention to details;
Excellent communication and relationship management skills;
Commitment to teamwork;
Enthusiastic attitude to expand knowledge and taking over new responsibilities;
Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.
Will be considered as advantages :
Fluency in Spanish or other languages;
Experience in SSC / BPO;
Service delivery coordination experience;
Knowledge of Corporate Secretarial or Entity Management Software (e.g. hCue, Entity Pro, Blueprint, OneWorld, GEMS).
