Job DescriptionFor our location in Warsaw we are looking for experienced Head of People with outstanding people management and new business development skills blended with proven success track in an agile and forward driven environment, such as the IT sector or technology company.Key Responsibilities

  • offering expert advice for the progress of the new business
  • active acquisition of new small / medium size clients across Poland
  • building strong and long-term business relations
  • overviewing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing
  • cooperating with the technical teams to build value propositions for new clients
  • preparing sales plans with a focus on business development strategy
  • being in charge of the sales forecast preparation
  • investigating the chances of survival of the new business
  • negotiating new business with prospective clients and partners
  • implementing policies that support the expansion of the business
  • ensuring the formulation of a business and its expansion
  • using strategic means, including modern technology to achieve business goals
  • drawing out a long-term business plan and bring new initiatives
  • planning towards market improvement
  • make calculations on the customer base and make plans to increase it
  • investigate the expected challenges and research on ways of mitigating them
  • Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in sales of technology services and solutions (IT / telco preferred)
  • proven track record of acquiring new customers
  • vast experience in developing ideas, products, and services
  • great negotiating experience
  • outstanding human relation skills
  • ability to develop and coordinate a team
  • proficiency in business supervision
  • ability to maintain good working relationship with partners
  • eloquence in written and verbal communication in Polish and English
  • successful track record of businesses that have been developed from scratch
  • amazing presentation skills
  • quick and fast decision making ability
  • ability to drive initiatives
  • familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • make things happen attitude
  • positive, enthusiastic, charismatic
  • good knowledge of modern technologies such as Cloud, ERP / BMS applications
