Your missions

As our Content Marketing Manager, you will :

  • Actively bring ideas and new products either by establishing agreements with OTT’s or internally from other DV subsidiaries.
  • Provide support to sales team by developing / coordinating the development of viable product concepts and prototypes.
  • Open and Develop relationship with HQ Marketing team, Customers and Providers seeking to adapt existing products to local reality and develop new ones ;
  • Define and execute media investment strategy in country following guides and business requirements provided by Account Manager and Country Manager;
  • Develop relationship with Carriers allowing to proactively act on negotiation for profitability on on-deck and off-deck campaigns;
  • Track media investment profitability and user’s LTV, sharing information with all internal stakeholders (Acc Mgr, Country Mgr);
  • Lead and train the media and product teams towards the constant evolution of DV products and media investment knowledge.
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with content providers.
  • Test and refine all aspects of digital advertising including UX, targeting, etc.
  • Follow main KPIs and reports to identify trends and make proposals
  • Define and implement A / B testing across digital media channels driving actionable results
  • Motivate and share knowledge with local team
  • Daily exchange about ideas and results with teams in Europe
  • Experience : 2-5 years in the same position
  • Very good knowledge on the content producer industry & ecosystem
  • Experience on dealing with Carrier Billing offers.
  • Proven ability to hit sales goals in a high-growth environment
  • Familiar with paid social, paid search, display and native in-app media
  • Highly analytical with ability to use data to guide decisions and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Ability to prepare and present presentations to partners and executive team
  • Collaborative approach and proven ability to achieve results by partnering with various teams in an organization including creative, product, engineering, finance, operations, and others
  • Commitment to delivering quality work within deadlines and proven record of overcoming significant obstacles
  • Good Understanding of digital marketing (advertising, data )
  • Relationship with the local partners (media, content owners )
  • Good English level is a must. Spanish and / or French would be a plus
  • Skills needed
