Digital Project Coordinator

Digital project management (any digital marketing campaigns, www, landing pages, e-commerce)
Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems
Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to the client and creative brief, budget, resource, and deadline deliverables
Project management from initiation to project completion and delivery
Work with Web Publishing Coordinators to manage and plan the workload of the production teams
Reporting any issues and support to resolve with HQ team or other stakeholders
Evaluating the project scope and estimating the cost
Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
Providing cost estimates and invoices to the client
Ensuring meeting all the deadlines - manage, monitoring and negotiating due dates
Experience in a similar position in digital projects
Fluent knowledge of English - C1 level (mandatory)
Project management experience from initiation to project completion
Ability to coordinate tasks between different project team members
Good knowledge of various CMS
Experience following copy and content guidelines
Good communication skills and stakeholder management
Proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to multitask and can-do attitude
Great communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn new tools and skills
Team player
Work for polish and global clients
Short and mid-term projects with opportunity to utilize new, solutions / frameworks / technologies
Cooperation with engineers that are building physical retail solutions, utilizing, technologies like face recognition, gender and age recognition, beacons, footfall, tracking, NFC, video signage, etc.
Cooperation based on a contract (B2B also possible)
