Your responsibilities

  • Lead a highly motivated local team, supporting the global outsourcing and service management framework for the Wealth Management division.
  • Take over and manage end-to-end process responsibilities and influence the outsourcing governance landscape for our division
  • Further develop internal processes and applications
  • Act as global Service Manager towards dedicated intra-group and external third party providers, with a focus on service governance, KPIs and strategic service reviews to improve service quality.
  • Ambassador for third party risk management issues, interacting with stakeholders on all levels and 2nd and 3rd line of defence representatives.
  • Manage and oversee the divisional Service Performance Tool and Procedures, for both change-the-bank as well as BAU activities.
  • Support and manage dedicated strategic and regulatory initiatives and audit driven requirements.
  • Ensure smooth BAU processes and preparation of reports documents for monthly senior management committees.
  • Manage close coordination with different business partners in all Business Areas.
  • Our requirements

  • University degree or similar higher education, preferably in Business Administration / Management or Banking and Finance or Law.
  • Around 5 years of proven professional experience in similar environment / role, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Understanding of wealth management business, risk and banking operations would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving capabilities, ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills. Experience in stakeholder management and ability to establish trusted relationships at senior management level.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Advanced Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint skills would be an advantage.
