Role Overview :

The Vehicle Coordinator supports numerous vehicle-related topics for all of MBRDNA, and is responsible for many foundational tasks for the day-

to-day Vehicle Operations tasks.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Track company vehicles & license plates. Maintain overall vehicle & fleet management databases and ensure accurate data contained therein.
  • Administer company-wide fuel cards and compliance monitoring.
  • Handle vehicle-related invoices and audits. Administration of key management system.
  • Order, ship, and track vehicles as needed in appropriate fleet & vehicle management systems.
  • Assist with insurance renewals & accident claim administration.
  • Support local Silicon Valley vehicle tasks & events as needed.
  • Back-up team with other vehicle related tasks as needed.
  • Qualifications

    Minimum Skills Required :

  • Associates Degree
  • Valid CA driver’s license with clean record
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office. Skilled with Vlookups & pivot tables in Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new IT systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize & execute numerous tasks.
