what we expect
At least 5 years’ experience in a in a similar environment
Commercial background with relevant experience with good technical understanding
University level of education
Fluent English, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to create and build relationships with internal and external parties
Strong business sense of how to develop, grow and maintain sales revenues
Leadership experience and proven capacity in that area (evidence based)
Able to work cohesively and collaboratively with multiple departments / levels and with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Entrepreneurial, on the ball and resilient
Self-motivated, ambitious and confident.
