  • Identifying new products and new business partners by means of market research (market infrastructure, trends, regulations etc.)
  • Management of specialty products business unit (premium, so-called organic / bio products); sales and distribution
  • Attending conferences, meetings, industry events or other means of generating new potential partners (suppliers and customers)
  • Contacting both existing and new partners; being also personally engaged in business development, budgeting and reaching goals
  • Consult with traders and managers on new business opportunities
  • Work close with other internal colleagues to meet customer needs (locally and internationally)
  • Strategic planning to initiate and launch new business (until successful delivery).
  • what we expect

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a in a similar environment
  • Commercial background with relevant experience with good technical understanding
  • University level of education
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to create and build relationships with internal and external parties
  • Strong business sense of how to develop, grow and maintain sales revenues
  • Leadership experience and proven capacity in that area (evidence based)
  • Able to work cohesively and collaboratively with multiple departments / levels and with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial, on the ball and resilient
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and confident.
