Your tasks :

  • Shift schedule planning, monitoring of attendance and absences
  • Managing workload distribution & throughput monitoring of each of the shift members
  • Supporting team members in their day to day questions and needs
  • Being responsible for activating emergency plans
  • Compiling & monitoring Statistics
  • Being responsible for the daily direction of the Team
  • Acting as a liaison between the team and management
  • Being responsible for KPIs calculations, meetings
  • Establishing and conducting development plans for each team member
  • Periodical assessment of each operational team member performance
  • Proactive approach towards improving processes
  • Assigning projects, managing special projects and guiding the team to ensure overall project success
  • Selecting, interviewing & being responsible for successful onboarding of the new team members
  • Your profile :

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar role (team leader, coordinator, supervisor)
  • Very good English skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
